Acrylink TFP
5 mg
Acrylink TFP is a next-generation alternative the widely used Acryloyl-X, SE (AcX), engineered with a tetrafluorophenyl (TFP) ester in place of the conventional NHS ester. This modification provides superior hydrolytic stability in aqueous solutions and enhanced reactivity toward primary amines, resulting in more efficient and reliable labeling of proteins, antibodies, and other amine-containing biomolecules.
By introducing a polymerizable acrylate moiety, Acrylink TFP ensures that labeled biomolecules are securely anchored into the hydrogel network during Expansion Microscopy, allowing robust retention through gelation, digestion, and isotropic expansion. Its improved chemical properties translate into higher labeling efficiency, reduced background, and overall improved sample preservation, making it an ideal choice for demanding ExM applications.
Key Features:
- TFP ester chemistry for improved stability and reactivity
- More efficient and reproducible labeling compared to NHS ester variants
- Strong covalent anchoring of proteins and antibodies into ExM hydrogels
- Optimized for robust signal retention and minimal loss during expansion
