Cytoskeleton
Chrometra offers a comprehensive selection of reagents for visualizing the cytoskeleton in Expansion Microscopy, with tools tailored for high-fidelity imaging of F-actin, tubulin, and vimentin networks. Both F-actin and tubulin structures can be stained using functionalized chemical probes, such as phalloidin derivatives for actin and small-molecule tubulin binders, all designed for covalent anchoring into the hydrogel during gelation, with minimal linkage error.
In addition, Chrometra provides prefunctionalized antibody couples against actin, tubulin, and vimentin, validated for strong retention and consistent signal across a range of ExM protocols. These reagents allow for flexible labeling strategies—either as standalone tools or in combination with other markers—and are optimized to preserve the structural integrity of cytoskeletal elements during digestion and expansion. With this versatile toolkit, researchers can achieve detailed, multiplexed imaging of cytoskeletal architecture in both cells and tissues.
