DNA and RNA

Chrometra provides a specialized range of reagents for the covalent labeling and retention of DNA and RNA in Expansion Microscopy. These include both direct grafting agents, such as alkylating compounds and acrylate-functionalized linkers, and reagents for modifying nucleic acid probes used in in situ hybridization (ISH). Designed to anchor nucleic acids into the hydrogel network during polymerization, these reagents ensure robust retention of both endogenous and probe-bound nucleic acids through digestion and expansion. Options are available for labeling before or after gelation, allowing flexibility depending on the sample type and workflow. Chrometra’s reagents have been validated in a variety of ExM protocols, supporting applications ranging from transcriptomic mapping to chromatin structure analysis, with consistent performance in both cells and tissues.
