This phalloidin-based reagent is specifically designed for robust and reliable staining of F-actin in Expansion Microscopy workflows. Engineered for use with chemical grafting approaches, the reagent introduces a reactive handle onto actin filaments during gelation, enabling post-gelation staining with high specificity and flexibility.
Unlike the Direct Stain variant (Actin EXM), this method allows you to label actin after gelation, homogenization, or even post-expansion, making it ideal for protocols where early staining may interfere with gel embedding or signal retention. The result is clear, well-preserved filament labeling across a wide range of sample types.
Available in two convenient sizes:
- Small – for up to 100 reactions
- Large – for up to 300 reactions
